Terms of Service
Last updated: 8 September 2026.
The service
TradeKick provides scheduling, an AI booking assistant, and invoicing tools for self-employed tradespeople. We may change or improve features over time.
Accounts
- You must give accurate details and keep your login secure.
- You are responsible for activity under your account.
- We recommend enabling two-factor authentication.
Trial and billing
- The free trial lasts 14 days with no card required.
- Paid plans (Basic £40/month, Advanced £90/month) are billed monthly in advance via Stripe. Prices exclude VAT unless stated.
- You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. We do not give pro-rata refunds for partial months.
- Bookings are unlimited on every plan.
Your customers and invoicing
You are responsible for the accuracy of the services, prices, VAT status and invoices you configure, and for meeting your own tax obligations. TradeKick generates invoices from the settings and data you provide; it is not a substitute for professional accounting advice.
Acceptable use
- No unlawful, fraudulent or abusive use.
- Do not attempt to break, overload, or probe the service, or misuse the AI assistant to do anything other than arrange bookings.
Availability and liability
The service is provided “as is”. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee it. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid in that period. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited under law.
Termination
You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
